Movement assessments are a great way of working out the body's strengths and weaknesses. We put you through a series of movement patterns and mark you out of 5. This gives us a key indication of what your limitations are. We can then provide you either with some exercises to help rectify this or you can sign up for our online coaching program Run Fit: Fusion. We also have a look at posture and running technique. These assessments are priced at £50 but you get a 50% discount if you sign up for Run Fit: Fusion.
