The Run Fit: Endurance Camp training weekend will include two running sessions, three workshops and two masterclasses and a Q&A. You will complement training with learning new skills and listening to experts sharing their knowledge and advice.
The running sessions will include an interval hill session on the Saturday and a long run on the Sunday (different distances available). The workshops will include, running drills, strength & conditioning and foam rolling/stretching. The masterclasses will include nutrition and mental wellbeing.
There will also be a social on the Saturday evening for runners to network and share ideas and an option for sports massage on the Sunday at a discounted rate subsidised by us.
Suited for all abilities but please be aware you will need to be comfortable running for 10k at an easy pace. To sign up please click on the buy now button, make payment and then fill in the registration form below.

The cost for the weekend is £250 (currently on offer for £175!). This includes overnight stay, dinner and breakfast. You will also have free use of the leisure facilities including gym, steam room, sauna and swimming pool.
